A magazine of public interest that was established according to Federal Law No. (2) of 2008 in the matter of civil associations and institutions of public benefit, on Tuesday corresponding to November 15, 2009 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the scope of its work area is the United Arab Emirates, and its headquarters is in Abu Dhabi.
The association aims to work to raise the level of traffic safety for all segments of society along with governmental and private institutions and individuals in order to reach a society that enjoys a level of traffic awareness to determine the reduction of traffic accidents that may occur in one way or another and the possibility of reducing numbers that are steadily increasing in one year and another in Various types of traffic accidents.

- Work to raise public awareness of the importance of reducing traffic accidents for all members of society.
- Building bridges of cooperation with civil society organizations to enhance the association's developmental role.
- Cooperate with the associations and clubs of communities within the country to enhance their role in educating their citizens about the culture and laws of the country in the field of traffic safety.
- Developing creative energies and encouraging new talents in finding solutions and suggestions to reduce traffic accidents.
- Holding training workshops, forums and holding conferences in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
